LGMM Scholarships

All LGMM Kid of the Month winners are eligible to win one of five $1,000 scholarships!!!

This $1,000 scholarship award will go to the most creative use of the Little Green Money Machine. This cannot be one of the businesses or fundraisers offered in our book, but must be a unique idea that you created.

This $1,000 scholarship award will go to the top producing salesperson on the LGMM Sales team! At the end of the year, the salesperson that sold the most books and stands is the winner! All Little Green Salespersons must sign up on our website where sales data will be tracked.

This $1,000 scholarship award will go to the kid entrepreneur who has the most inspirational success story. The entrepreneur must demonstrate how they overcame obstacles and difficulties and how they achieved success running a profitable business using the Little Green Money Machine.

This $1,000 award will go to the classroom, youth group, or organization who demonstrates success, teamwork, and creativity in setting up and operating a business or fundraiser.

This $1,000 scholarship award will go to the social entrepreneur who successfully demonstrates running a fundraiser or charitable endeavor using the Little Green Money Machine!

Entry Rules

Please submit:

A short essay on the description of your business. Explain how you decided on the business idea, how you decided to market your business, how you chose your location, what obstacles you faced and how you overcame them, what you learned in the money management section and your revenue, expense, profits, and how you decided to use that money.
Your goal statement from the book
Please submit at least 5 photos and 1 video that demonstrates your business or fundraiser. (Photos need to be sent in jpeg format electronically or mailed. Video can be sent via mpeg4 electronic file or DVD mailed.)
Signed video/ photo release form. We may use your photos and video on our website! Parents/ Teachers need to sign and submit along with scholarship packet.

*Deadline: Entries must be postmarked or emailed by 12/31/10.
